With this achievement, Hillsborough Road becomes the seventh Chapel Hill Tire store to earn the ASE Blue Seal of Excellence, highlighting the company’s commitment to maintaining high standards of service across all locations.
Achieving this distinction was no small feat, and it was made possible through the exceptional leadership of former Store Manager, Chris LaFreniere. During his time at the Hillsborough Road store, Chris set a high standard of service and training, championing the importance of ASE certification and continuous learning among the team. His emphasis on technician development and quality workmanship was instrumental in attaining the Blue Seal of Excellence, which requires at least 75% of the staff to be ASE-certified and a certified technician in each area of service offered. Chris has since transitioned to managing Chapel Hill Tire’s Cole Park location, where he continues to inspire excellence.
